Integration Beyond Limits

MER Delivery Division is the Backbone Integrator that interconnects all critical systems — from physical infrastructure through C4I and cyber — ensuring resilient, secure, and SLA-compliant operations for programs that cannot fail.

The Delivery Difference

Built for projects that cannot fail

Integration quality defines management noise. Weak integration means delays, claims, and escalations. MER's role as backbone integrator is to eliminate that risk entirely.

When critical programs demand zero-failure execution, where delay costs sovereignty and failure costs lives, our operational track record defines the benchmark for the industry. On time. Within budget.
Key Points:
  • EPC as a risk filter, not just a contractor
  • Single point of accountability to COD
  • The Standard Others Measure By
  • Service, maintenance, and long-term lifecycle support
What we build

End-to-end delivery across critical domains

MER Delivery operates across three capability domains. Every project is delivered with full engineering ownership — from initial design through field deployment and long-term support.

How We Work?
One partner. Every layer. Every phase.

  • Requirements Mapping

We begin with a deep-dive analysis of your operational needs, technical constraints, regulatory environment, and site conditions — before a single engineering line is drawn. This phase defines the entire project scope and prevents the surprises that derail programs later.
  • Solution Design

Our multi-domain engineering teams develop a comprehensive architecture tailored to real-world conditions — not a template applied from a previous project. Structural, electrical, communications, and integration layers are all designed in parallel.
  • Deployment & Integration

On-site execution with full coordination across subcontractors, equipment vendors, local authorities, and logistics chains. We act as the single point of accountability — you have one contact, one timeline, one responsible party.
  • Testing & Handover

Rigorous commissioning, system testing against specification, operator training, and formal documented handover to the client team. No project is considered complete until your team can operate it independently and confidently.
  • Maintenance & Lifecycle Support

Long-term SLA-based maintenance, system upgrades, spare parts management, and operational continuity planning. We remain engaged for the life of the infrastructure — because the day we hand over is not the day our responsibility ends.

Guayaquil (Ecuador)

Mer supported the integration of surveillance, perimeter detection, access control and centralized monitoring into Ecuador’s port operations, aligning protection measures with ISPS requirements and the group‑wide CONOPS.

Minera Salares Norte (Chile)

Mer designed and deployed a CONOPS aligned, multi layer security architecture across refinery, camp, and road corridors. The program integrated C4I, multi sensor surveillance, long range radar, dual camera towers, road checkpoints with LPR, and early warning sirens.

Israel Railways - Critical Transit Corridors

Trackside and yard protection with PIDS and video analytics improved detection of intrusions and tampering. C4I centralized alarms and asset visibility across nodes. Interoperable comms supported joint response with authorities. Mobile deployments covered maintenance and remote segments. Outcome: fewer disruptions and greater passenger safety.

Electricity Utility EGAT- Thailand

Mer deployed a multi layer protection envelope around high value sites, combining PIDS, EO/IR + radar surveillance, and C4I for unified control. Interoperable comms connected security, operations, and responders. Mobile kits and gap fillers closed terrain blind spots. Post event debrief features shortened learning cycles. Result: stronger resilience and faster incident response.

Ezeiza International Airport (Buenos Aires, Argentina)

Mer implemented security and communication systems at Ezeiza International Airport, including the first-ever deployment of the Smart M system-establishing an early benchmark for integrated airport protection and communications.
